The amazing impact of creating a story!
‘I wanted to let you know my granddaughter is taking the stories she’s creating, from your book, into ‘show and tell’ at her school.’
This was the fantastic comment from one of the ladies at the singing group, called SINGaLOUD, where I sing on Tuesday afternoons.
The book the lady was referring to is my interactive story creating book called ‘I Can Create Stories’.
I was thrilled. It is wonderful to know a child feels so happy about her story she wants to take it into school and show her teacher and the other pupils.
I feel I have won a gold star, all my work in putting I Can Create Stories together was worth it. My book has made a difference to a child.
I hope my new series of children’s books, with Serena the PenguinTM, called Serena’s Adventures, encourages more children to create their stories, their ways.
I have the printed pages of Book 3 ready to be reviewed by children. Book 4 is nearly at this point, too.
Once I have recorded the audio files, to go with the books, I am ready to find children to review the books. It is important to me that the children enjoy the books and like the story in each book.
