Another great workshop!
I would like to thank Business Gateway for an excellent workshop on Customer Service Excellence run by Phil Eldridge. He introduced the concept of customer service in an interesting and interactive way.
Everyone at the workshop got to think about what they value in customer service as a customer and as someone delivering a service.
He led us through his seven elements of successful customer service which were based on the jobs he has done in the past.
I came away from the workshop with lots to think about.
I really enjoyed this workshop and would recommend the Business Gateway workshops to anyone who is starting up or in business already.
